Life can be so stressful sometimes, especially in the context of work. Just imagine being a content creator on top of that, it is like facing the final boss we call life. Though life can be quite stressful at times, here are 3 steps you can take to help eliminate that “stressful” parasite.
Step 1: Time Management
“The most important key of time management is making time for what will help you
reach your goals. Never wait on available time. It just doesn’t happen that way,” says PubliSIS

Having time management skills can be a huge power-up as a content creator, a weight lifted off your shoulders. Before we get into the importance of time management, it is also important to know what it is. What is time management? The Cambridge Dictionary defines time management as “the practice of using the time you have available in a useful and effective way, especially in your work”. If time management is using your time wisely, what is an adequate way you can manage your time? Splitting your days in half using a to-list can be very beneficial. I know, I know to-do lists yuck, however, they can make life so much easier. Making a daily to-list can be a hard task within itself, but one way to ease into it is by listing the most important things on the top of your to-do list and the least on the bottom. When you do that you are acknowledging the most important things that need to be tackled first, as you go down the list it is like getting a prize or achieving a mini goal which can be refreshing.
Step 2: Prepare Prepare Prepare
There is a reason why the second step has the word prepare written three times( it is to add emphasis obviously). Jokes aside, being prepared has to be one of the top things that can get you far in life. Similarly, to time management and having a schedule/ to-do list, preparing yourself for the day can lead you to being calm, relaxed, and revived( new motto). Simply preparing content by writing it down in a journal or just wearing a cute outfit can be so helpful. When you prepare for things, the unexpected can be easier to handle.
Step 3: Ask for help
The last and final step is one a lot of people tend to gloss over or negate due to wanting to be independent. I mean I understand because who wants to depend on people for everything? However, it is okay to ask for help, asking for help when needed is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of honesty and strength. When you are able to communicate your needs in a vulnerable way it shows that you care for your craft. This third step is definitely easier said than done, but that does not take away from the fact that when you ask for help it can give you a moment to take a break and rest. When taking a said break it can help bring out fresh and creative ideas for content. Lets go over the 3 steps once more
